Cancellation Policy
Hi Friends! As much as I would love to see you, I understand that life happens and sometimes you need to cancel! However I kindly ask that all appointments to be canceled at least 24 hours before your scheduled booking appointment time. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before will be charged 40% of service booked & "no call no show" clients will be charged 100% of service booked!!! If i don't hear from you within 25 mins into your schedule appointment time it will be considered a "no call no show" and your card will be charged 100% of the service
